Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Contact details: your name, mobile number and email.
• Job details: the service address, the size or service you chose, your preferred date, and any notes you add.
• Consent records: whether you chose to receive texts (yes or no), when, and the version of the texting consent wording you saw.
• Estimate and quote requests: the details you send us, any photo you attach and how you prefer to be contacted.
• Payment records: amounts, sales tax and payment reference numbers. You pay through a secure payment link from our payment processor — we never see or store your card number.

Site analytics: we use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and taps on buttons like “Call” and “Send request.” It uses no cookies and doesn't follow you to other sites, and we never send it your name, phone number, email, address or anything you type. The website uses no advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To call you, confirm the date and schedule, deliver, pick up and complete your job.
• To send what you asked for by email, and by text only if you opted in.
• To reply to estimate and quote requests by the contact method you choose.
• To send a payment link once your order is confirmed, and to bill the charges described in our Terms.
• To keep accurate business, sales-tax and accounting records.

Who helps us

We share the minimum needed with the service providers that run our business, and only to do the job:

• Vercel — hosting this website, and the page-view analytics described above.
• Our database provider — storing request and order records.
• Resend — sending request emails to our office and to you.
• Google Workspace — our business email.
• Twilio — delivering text messages, only to customers who opt in, and new-request alerts to our own staff.
• Stripe — card payments through the payment link we send.

Text messaging

• Texting is optional. It is a separate checkbox, unchecked by default. You can send a request, order and get every service without it. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase.
• What the checkbox says:

  “Yes, text me about my request. I agree to receive text messages from CTR Junk Removal & Roll Off at the number provided about my request, scheduling, and service. Message frequency varies (typically 1–5 per job). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.”

• From: our texts come from (609) 710-9674. Calls stay on (830) 287-5865.
• How often: message frequency varies, typically 1–5 messages per job.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• To stop: reply STOP to any text. We record it and never text that number again unless you reply START.

• We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or text-messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
• Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the service providers that deliver our messages (Twilio).

How long we keep it

We keep request, order and payment records for as long as we need them for the job, our accounting and tax obligations.

Your choices

Email info@ctrjunk.com or call (830) 287-5865 to see, correct or delete the information we have about you. Some records may need to be kept for tax purposes.

Children

Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
